I can only suggest the capital Belgrade. The competition is quite fierce here but the quality is top notch. If you’re willing to put in the effort it’s definitely worth it.
11. Slovenia – Ljubljana
If you ask any balkan they will tell you that Slovenian men are very feminine. In this country there is no competition and the women are very slutty. It’s only this far down on the list due to being fairly boring to live in. The pros are that the city is beautiful and very walkable.

I would only suggest the capital Ljubljana as the country is very small.
12. Ukraine – Kiev
Yes Kiev, If you’re willing to take the risk you will also be rewarded for it. This might be a once in a lifetime opportunity if you’re looking for a 10/10 wife as an average guy.
13. Czech republic – Prague
Prague is not as easy as it used to be due to the growing overtourism. It is still a recommended city due to having possibly the best nightlife in Europe, tied with Budapest. If easiness of hookups is what you’re looking for then i would suggest cities like Brno or Plzen.
14. Istanbul – turkey
Is it considered Europe? is it not? I don’t care. Don’t be fooled by the muslim culture. the women here are quite slutty and it’s overall a very fun city to be in. It’s cheap, there’s lots to do and it’s warm. Single western men will do very well here and that is why it is also gaining popularity for digital nomads.
15. Berlin – Germany
This one makes it on the list only due to the insane parties. If you’re experienced and into raves and completely degenerate clubs where you can hookup on the dancefloor then this is your place. I would not recommend living here but it is definitely worth a visit.
